An independent directory of Surrey honey
Local Surrey Honey was created to make it easier to discover genuine honey produced by independent beekeepers across Surrey.
Many local producers sell in small quantities, through farm gates, local shops, markets or community groups. That can make them difficult to find through a normal online search.
Our directory brings this information together in one simple place, helping Surrey residents find nearby producers and buy directly wherever possible.
Local Surrey Honey is an independent directory. We do not produce, inspect, certify, sell or deliver the products shown on this website. Product information and availability should always be confirmed directly with the producer.
Trust and verification
Every profile carries one of two statuses, shown clearly on the listing itself and on every card in the directory.
The producer has reviewed and confirmed the main information shown on the profile.
The profile uses publicly available information and has not yet been confirmed by the producer.
How we compile listings
We only publish what is already public
Every starter listing was compiled from a producer’s own website or from a beekeeping association’s published information. Each profile shows the source it came from and the date it was last checked.
We do not invent detail
No prices, review scores, awards, testimonials or business details are made up to fill a gap. Where a producer has not published something, the profile says so rather than guessing.
We protect private addresses
Listings show a town and outward postcode area. Full addresses appear only where a producer clearly publishes them as customer-facing business premises, and we do not reproduce personal telephone numbers.
Producers stay in control
Any producer can claim their profile, correct it, or ask to be removed. A profile is only marked verified once the producer has confirmed it themselves.
A note on honey and health
We describe honey as food, not medicine. You will not find claims on this site that local honey treats, prevents or relieves hay fever, allergies or any other condition. If you have questions about honey and your health, speak to a healthcare professional — and note that honey should not be given to infants under 12 months.
Producers, this is your directory too
Claim your profile, correct anything that is out of date, or add a new listing. Basic listings are currently free.
